Choose BYU if you want the RD pathway on a Latter-day Saints campus with a defined undergraduate-to-graduate ladder. Its Didactic Program in Dietetics and Dietetic Internship are each separately ACEND-accredited, and tuition is set by Church membership rather than state residency.
Choose Utah State if you want an in-state RD pathway built around its own online Master of Dietetics Administration, or a fully online, non-RD Master of Public Health in Nutrition with no campus visits at all. Its older Coordinated Program route is in teach-out through mid-2027.
